KILASTOTABUAN.COM, BOLTIM – Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), Sam Sachrul Mamonto, meninjau jalannya posko penjagaan COVID-19 di perbatasan antara Boltim dan Kota Kotamobagu, tepatnya di Desa Moyongkota Baru, Jumat (7/5/2021).
Bupati Sachrul mengatakan posko ini bukti keseriusan Pemerintah Boltim dalam menangani wabah Corona yang sudah menelan ribuan jiwa.
“Kita mengikuti kebijakan pemerintah pusat, bahwa setiap perbatasan harus dicegat (kendaraannya), untuk menghindari warga yang mudik dari luar Boltim. Upaya ini sudah kami lakukan selama dua hari dan berakhir 17 Mei,” kata bupati.

Menurutnya, pemerintah melalui Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Covid-19 menerbitkan Surat Edaran (SE) Nomor 13 Tahun 2021 tentang Peniadaan Mudik Hari Raya Idulfitri Tahun 1442 Hijriah dan Upaya Pengendalian Penyebaran COVID-19.
“Untuk itu, tidak ada pemudik yang masuk Boltim, guna melindungi warga Boltim agar tetap steril dan terhindar dari virus Corona,” katanya.
Selain itu, bupati mengajak masyarakat Boltim untuk meningkatkan kesadaran agar tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan. “Gerakan 5M, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, memakai masker, menghindari kerumunan, dan membatasi mobilisasi dan interaksi.” (Adv)
