KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Bangunan eks Kantor Bupati Bolaang Mongondow yang ada di Kotamobagu, di jalan Paloko Kinalang, Kelurahan Kotobangon Kecamatan Kotamobagu Timur dalam waktu dekat akan segera direhabilitasi.
Hal ini dikatakan oleh Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kota Kotamobagu, Claudy Mokodongan, Rabu (19/5/2021).
“Sementara proses lelang di Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) saat ini. Kalau sudah ada pemenang maka akan segera dikerjakan tentunya,” ungkap Claudy.

Soal anggaran, Claudy mengatakan total anggaran rehabilitasi tersebut sekira Rp 900 jutaan. “Awalnya dananya ada sekira Rp 1 miliar, tetapi karena ada refocusing maka kita menggunakan dulu anggaran yang ada.”
Gedung eks Kantor Bupati Bolmong tersebut akan dipinjamkan ke Universitas Dumoga Kotamobagu (UDK) sebagai gedung perkuliahan.
”Kita memprediksi awalnya hanya sedikit yang akan direhabilitasi. Tetapi setelah dicek lagi, ternyata banyak bangunan yang sudah rusak dan memang harus diperbaiki. Yang jelas, untuk saat ini kita maksimalkan dulu anggaran yang ada, untuk sisa bangunan nanti akan ada tahapan selanjutnya.” (Gie)
