KILASTOTABUN.COM, BOLTIM – Wakil Bupati (Wabup) Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), Oskar Manoppo, menghadiri launching (peluncuruan) dan Testing Web Servis sekaligus pemaparan cara kerja Elektronik Sistem Penerimaan Terpadu Pajak Daerah (e-SPTPD) pada Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB), yang berlangsung di Kantor Pusat Bank SulutGo, Kamis (17/62021).
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Wabup Oskar mengatakan manfaat dari e-SPTPD untuk mempermudah wajib pajak dalam hal penyetoran BPHTB, dan menghindari adanya oknum di tingkat desa yang menyalahgunakan kewenangan.
“Dengan adanya sistem e-SPTPD, mempermudah bagi masyarakat atau wajib pajak untuk penyetoran BPHTB tanpa ada pemotongan apa pun, karena wajib pajak ketika melaksanakan jual beli tanah maupun bangunan wajib menyetorkan BPHTB ke Bank Sulut dengan aplikasi yang telah disediakan secara gratis oleh Bank SulutGo,” katanya.

Wabup sangat mengapresiasi akan terobosan e-SPTPD yang dilakukan oleh Bank SulutGo, karena hal ini sangat membantu dan mempermudah bagi wajib pajak dan daerah dalam pemungutan BPHTB.
Hal senada disampaikan Pimpinan Cabang Bank SulutGo Tutuyan, Tun Emir Sumba, bahwa hal ini adalah gebrakan Bank SulutGo yang dilakukan untuk Boltim.
“Dengan hadirnya e-SPTPD sangat membantu bagi baerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dari sektor BPHTB, dan mempermudah masyarakat dalam hal penyetoran, dan untuk meminimalisir harga jual tanah dan bangunan yang sering dipermainkan oleh wajib pajak untuk menghindari BPHTB,” katanya. (Awi)
