Rapat bertempat di ruangan Komisi I yang dipimpin Ketua Komisi I, Agus Suprijanta serta dihadiri seluruh Anggota. Adapun dari Sekretariat DPRD, dihadiri Bagian Umum, Perundangan, bagian Risalah Humas dan Protokol serta masing-masing sub-bagian.

Kepala Bagian Umum, Firman Mokodompit mengatakan, rapat tersebut juga membahas agar Sekretariat DPRD lebih peka terhadap kekurangan-kekurangan yang belum diakomodir. “Termasuk hal menjadi catatan dalam setiap perencanaan pada APBD,” ujar Firman. (Gie)
