KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU- Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (PP dan KB) Kotamobagu, akan melakukan pendataan keluarga (PK) 2021 pada 1 April hingga 31 Mei 2021 mendatang.
Menurut Kepala Dinas PP dan KB Kotamobagu, Ahmad Yani, pada launcing pendataan keluarga 2021 di Kotamobagu akan dimulai dengan mendata keluarga dari wali kota, wakil wali kota dan sekretaris daerah Kota Kotamobagu.
“Untuk mengawali kegiatan pendataan ini, kami berniat untuk data yang masuk pertama dari kepala daerah Kotamobagu. Dan saat ini kami dalam proses persiapan sampai 31 Maret nanti, kami juga melaksanakan stressing terkait pendataan keluarga ini, kepada kader,” katanya, Senin (22/3/2021).

Lanjutnya, pendataan keluarga 2021 akan dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh wilayah se-Indonesia, dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi tentang pembangunan keluarga dan keluarga berencana. Hal ini terkait perencanaan dan pengembangan pelaksanaan program Bangga Kencana.
“Lewat pendataan ini, kami bisa memperoleh data terbaru dan valid, karena pendata akan turun langsung ke rumah-rumah warga. Program pendataan ini akan melibatkan seluruh jajaran petugas kecamatan, kelurahan dan desa se-Kotamobagu,” katanya.
Untuk petugas pendataan keluarga 2021, kata dia, akan menggunakan kader-kader yang sudah ada di kelurahan dan desa. Baik kader Pembantu Pembina Keluarga Berencana Desa (PPKBD) dan sub-PPKBD, terdapat pula SK tim pendata yang akan dikeluarkan oleh Wali Kota Kotamobagu.
“Salah satu poin yang nanti akan didata, terkait informasi tentang keluarga, jumlah keluarga, penghasilan, pekerjaan, penggunaan jenis KB, dan sebagainya. Disamping itu dalam pelaksanaannya, akan ada pemantauan dan observasi langsung terkait data stunting,” katanya.
Wali Kota Kotamobagu, Tatong Bara, melalui Kepala Dinas PP dan KB Kotamobagu, mengharapkan adanya dukungan dari semua stakeholder untuk program PK 2021 ini, dengan memberikan data dan informasi tentang keluarga yang valid, akurat, bisa dipertanggungjawabkan, dan bisa dijadikan data yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh semua stakeholder. “Terkait bagaimana perkembangan program dan perencanaan program nantinya.”

Sementara itu, Kepala Bidang Pengendalian Penduduk Dinas PP dan KB Kotamobagu, Tiwy Lomamay, mengatakan jumlah data Kepala Keluarga (KK) di Kotamobagu sebanyak 33.579 KK. Jumlah tersebut yang akan didata oleh petugas pendataan keluarga dan untuk anggaran pendataan keluarga 2021 diperoleh lewat Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN), melalui BKKBN Provinsi Sulut.
“Untuk anggaran yang langsung disalurkan ke Dinas PP dan KB, itu tidak ada. Adanya dalam bentuk peralatan yang akan dibawa oleh tim pendata secara face to face ke masyarakat, itu yang disiapkan oleh provinsi. Dan untuk pendata akan dibayar Rp 5.500 per keluarga, itu untuk pendata yang menggunakan smartphone. Untuk formulir lain lagi,” katanya.
Terpisah, Camat Kotamobagu Selatan, Dedy Mamonto, mengatakan pihaknya sangat bersyukur dengan adanya program pendataan keluarga 2021 ini.
“Kami sangat mendukung dan akan membantu dalam pelaksanaannya. Lewat program ini, kami sangat terbantukan dalam pembaharuan informasi dan data,” katanya. (Gie)
