KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU- Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Kotamobagu menyiapkan fasilitas khusus penyuntikan vaksin COVID-19 untuk lanjut usia (lansia). Hal ini disampaikan oleh Kepala Bidang Kesehatan Masyarakat dan P2, Lindawati Hasan, Selasa (23/3/2021).
Menurut Lindawati, prosedur penyuntikan vaksin COVID-19 kepada lansia harus dilaksanakan di rumah sakit atau puskesmas, mengingat adanya reaksi berlebihan pasca-penyuntikan. Untuk itu, semua fasilitas yang diperlukan harus ada di sekitar pelaksanaan.

“Harus ada perlakuan khusus kepada mereka, dan untuk jarak antara vaksinasi COVID-19 pada tahap satu dan dua diberikan jangka waktu yang agak lama,” katanya.
Tambahnya, semuanya harus dipersiapkan sesuai prosedur terutama melihat kondisi kesehatan, serta memprioritaskan kenyamanan dalam pelaksanaan.
“Tentunya semua ini tidak lepas dari juknis pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19, kenapa belum dilakukan penyuntikan untuk lansia di Kota Kotamobagu, disebabkan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara belum melaksanakannya, kami masih menunggu petunjuk dari provinsi,” katanya. (Gie)
