KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Sebanyak 137 Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) Kota Kotamobagu Formasi tahun 2019 harus bersabar. Pasalnya, proses peralihan status ke PNS baru akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2022. Hal ini diungkapkan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Sarida Mokoginta, Kamis (14/1).
“CPNS formasi 2019 ini diberikan kesempatan dua tahun untuk proses pengalihan status ke PNS,” kata Sarida.
Ia menjelaskan, lamanya pengalihan status tersebut dipengaruhi kondisi wabah covid-19 yang masih melanda. “Semoga di APBD Perubahan 2021, jika anggaran memungkinkan bisa kita laksanakan tahun ini juga. Tapi kalau belum bisa maka akan dilaksanakan tahun 2022 mendatang,” jelasnya.
Lanjutnya, untuk pelaksanaan Latihan Dasar (Latsar) direncanakan akhir tahun 2021. “Kita usahakan tahun ini. Namun karena anggaran belum tertata, maka kita upayakan di APBD Perubahan,” ungkapnya.
Dirinya mengingatkan, agar CPNS Kotamobagu harus bersabar dan tetap menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawab masing-masing. “Tetap bekerja dengan ikhlas demi pembangunan dan pelayanan prima bagi masyarakat,” imbaunya.
Kinerja CPNS itu, akan dipantau dan dievaluasi sebagai syarat naik status ke PNS. “Jika ada pelanggaran, maka akan berdampak pada peralihan status nanti. Sehingga itu, tetap laksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi dengan sebaik-baiknya,” pungkasnya. (Gie)
