KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU-Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu melaksanakan sosialisasi aturan baru terkait pelaksanaan hajatan di setiap desa dan kelurahan di Aula Kantor Walikota Kotamobagu, Selasa (2/2). Ini dilakukan sebagai upaya pengendalian dan pencegahan penyebaran Covid19 di wilayah Kotamobagu.
Kepala Dinas Satpol PP, Sahaya Mokoginta menjelaskan Aturan baru tersebut mengatur bagaimana pelaksanaan hajatan seharusnya dijalankan di masa pandemi Covid-19. “Nantinya ada surat pernyataan yang harus disepakati oleh pelaksana hajatan yang dibubuhi tanda tangan di atas meterai. Surat pernyataan tersebut menyatakan bahwa pelaksana mematuhi semua aturan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku,” ujarnya.
Lanjutnya, Aturan baru yang disampaikan kepada lurah dan sangadi serta perangkat desa/kelurahan adalah terkait juga waktu pelaksanaan. “Jadi harus tepat waktu. Tanpa menunggu pengantin. Jika sudah ada tamu, acara langsung dilaksanakan,” tambahnya.

Sahaya juga menjelaskan hajatan berupa pembacaan doa syukuran atau arwah harus dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu sebelum tamu berdatangan, agar tidak terjadi kerumunan dalam waktu lama. Protokol kesehatan 3M juga harus dipatuhi pada setiap pelaksanaan hajatan baik pesta maupun duka. “Untuk makan bersama ditiadakan. Makanan akan diberikan dalam bentuk makanan kotak. Waktu kehadiran sudah ditentukan. Demikian pula musik, hanya diberikan kesempatan 30 menit sebelum acara dimulai dan berakhir 30 menit setelah acara selesai,” ungkapnya.
Sosialisasi ini dihadiri oleh Camat, Lurah, Sangadi, Bhabinkamtibmas serta perangkat desa dan kelurahan. (Gie)
