KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Selama masa Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM), mahasiswa dan pelajar, mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar melalui daring (dalam jaringan) demi menjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan dari penyebaran virus Covid-19.
Hal ini, turut diperhatikan oleh ketua Fraksi PDIP DPRD Kotamobagu, Adrianus Mokoginta, Rabu (14/7/2021).
Menurutnya, agar proses belajar mengajar dapat berjalan maksimal, pihak Sekolah, orang tua murid dan Siswa serta Mahasiswa harus menguasai teknologi.
“Yang paling penting adalah kesiapan sekolah, siswa dan Juga termasuk orang tua siswa ketika belajar mengajar diberlakukan melalui daring,” kata Adrianus.

Dirinya juga mengatakan, jika ada banyak faktor yang dapat menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan Daring.
“Seperti penguasaan teknologi, jaringan internet dan biaya ,” katanya.
Adrianus menambahkan, selain Siswa dan orang tua, yang wajib menguasai teknologi adalah guru serta dosen pengajar.
Informasi yang berhasil dihimpun Wartawan media ini, salah satu siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kotamobagu Selatan, sebelum pemberlakuan proses mengajar melalui daring, sering mendapat prestasi di Sekolah. Namun, setelah Daring diberlakukan Siswa tersebut bahkan tidak naik kelas. Maka, instansi terkait dan masing – masing sekolah dan Kampus perlu memperbaiki kualitas belajar mengajar melalui daring.
