KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA — Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) menyebut WNA masih diperbolehkan masuk ke RI lewat penerbangan internasional selama pengetatan mobilitas PPKM level 4. Namun, pelaku perjalanan harus memenuhi beberapa syarat dan ketentuan.
Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Novie Riyanto menyatakan untuk bisa masuk ke RI, WNA harus memenuhi persyaratan. Pertama, Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 27 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pembatasan Orang Asing Masuk ke Wilayah Indonesia Dalam Masa PPKM Darurat.
Kedua, Surat Edaran Kementerian Perhubungan No.63 Tahun 2021 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Perjalanan Internasional Dengan Transportasi Udara Pada Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).

Dalam Permenkumham, WNA yang diperbolehkan masuk ke RI harus mengantongi salah satu izin berikut:
a. Orang Asing pemegang Visa diplomatik dan Visa dinas;
b. Orang Asing pemegang Izin Tinggal diplomatik dan Izin Tinggal dinas;
c. Orang Asing pemegang Izin Tinggal terbatas dan Izin Tinggal tetap; dan
d. Orang Asing dengan tujuan kesehatan dan kemanusiaan.
Kemudian, berdasarkan SE Kemenhub, WNA diwajibkan sudah divaksin lengkap sebelum tiba di RI. Vaksinasi harus dibuktikan lewat sertifikat atau surat vaksin digital atau fisik.
Syarat tersebut Novie beberkan setelah mengetahui Lion Air dan Citilink menjadwalkan penerbangan internasional pulang pergi Indonesia-China.
Novie memastikan penerbangan berkode JT: CGK-WUH dan QG: CGK-KMG tersebut telah memenuhi peraturan Kemenkumhan dan Kemenhub.
“Penerbangan JT: CGK-WUH pulang pergi dan QG: CGK-KMG pulang pergi merupakan penerbangan reguler dengan frekuensi 1 kali/minggu berdasarkan persetujuan rute reguler untuk Summer 2021 yang telah diberikan oleh Ditjen Perhubungan Udara,” katanya, Jumat (13/8). (*)
