Untuk produksi sendiri, dilakukannya selama enam hari kerja. “Untuk produksi dilakukan Senin sampai Sabtu. Karena sekali produksi bisa menghasilkan 100 paket kerupuk siap makan dengan 4 varian kerupuk,” katanya.
Target penjualan, Joan masih fokus di dalam daerah, dikarenakan permintaan dari konsumen. “Sementara penjualan saya masih fokus di wilayah sendiri Bolmong Raya,” katanya.
Omzet dari hasil penjualan kerupuk ini bisa dikatakan menjanjikan, karena dalam sehari penjualan, omzet yang diraup bisa mencapai Rp 2.000.000.
“Omzet penjualan tidak menentu. Alhamdulillah per hari bisa mencapai Rp 1.500.000 sampai Rp 2.000.000,” katanya.
