KILASTOTABUAN.COM, BOLTIM – Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab), Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), menggelar kegiatan penandatanganan pencanangan pembangunan zona integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) serta Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM) 2021, bertempat di Rumah Jabatan Bupati Boltim, Desa Modayag, Senin (26/7/2021).
Bupati Sachrul dalam sambutannya mengatakan, salah satu indikator sebuah daerah dikategorikan telah melaksanakan prinsip pemerintahan yang baik, bersih, dan berwibawa apabila mampu memberikan pelayanan publik secara prima.
“Kondisi seperti itu dapat direalisasikan apabila terdapat akuntabilitas dan pertanggungjawaban hukum yang jelas, yang menggambarkan hubungan antara penggunaan keuangan negara, sumber daya manusia dengan pelaksanaan dan langkah kebijakan, serta keluaran dan hasil yang dapat diwujudkan sesuai dengan bidang tugas dan fungsi masing-masing,” katanya.

Lanjut bupati, semuanya itu memerlukan adanya dukungan dari aparat pemerintah daerah yang memiliki keterampilan yang handal, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, serta memiliki moral dan integritas yang terpuji.
“Pakta integritas ini diharapkan dapat membentuk dan membina sikap mental setiap PNS, meningkatkan kinerja, juga dapat mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan termasuk dalam penggunaan anggaran pemerintah daerah, yang mengarah pada terjadinya tindak pidana Korupsi, Kolusi, dan Nepotisme (KKN),” tuturnya.
Sementara itu, Sekretaris Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Boltim, Rusmin Mamonto, usai melakukan penandatangan zona integritas tersebut, mengapresiasi kegiatan yang dilaksanakan Pemkab Boltim tersebut.
“Tentunya kegiatan pencanangan zona integritas ini sangat baik untuk dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu cara mencegah terjadinya praktik KKN, dan membentuk PNS yang berintegritas tinggi dan berkarakter dinamis,” ujarnya.
Pantauan media ini, kegiatan pencanangan zona integritas Pemkab Boltim tersebut berlangsung dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan penularan Covid-19.
Kegiatan tersebut dipimpin langsung Bupati Sam Sachrul Mamonto didampingi Wakil Bupati Oskar Manoppo dan Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Sonny Warokka.
Selain bupati, wakil bupati, dan sekda penandatanganan pakta integritas juga dilakukan seluruh kepala Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) beserta para camat di lingkungan Pemkab Boltim.
Pemkab Boltim juga melibatkan tokoh masyarakat, pengusaha, dan wartawan dalam penandatangan zona integritas tersebut. (Adve/Awi)
