Menurut Sachrul, itu dilakukan dikarenakan banyak posisi jabatan tidak sesuai disiplin ilmu. Akibatnya, tugas bisa diselesaikan dengan cepat, harus diulur. Dikarenakan, ASN menempati jabatan masih butuh waktu untuk penyesuaian.
“Di pemerintahan saya dan Oskar tidak ada lagi seperti itu. Semua harus berdasarkandisiplin ilmu,” ujar Sachrul dibeberpa kesempatan saat kunjungan kerja (kunker) di Kecamatan Kotabunan, Tutuyan, Nuangan dan Motongkad.
