KILASTOTABUAN.COM,BOLTIM – Pemerintah Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim) menggelar upacara bendera di halaman kantor bupati yang dipimpin langsung Bupati Sam Sachrul Mamonto. Upacara ini dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Boltim yang ke-13.
Bupati dalam sambutannya berharap kepada seluruh elemen masyarakat Boltim agar lebih semangat dalam bekerja, meski di masa pandemi seperti ini.
“Saya berharap, momentum ini, makin membakar tekad semangat kerja elemen masyarakat, pengusaha, petani, ASN, dan tenaga honorer di Boltim, dari desa Moyongkota sampai Buyat, dan dari Kokapoy sampai Jiko Belanga, dengan disiplin dan semangat kerja yang tinggi serta mampu mengukir prestasi bagi pembangunan di tanah tercinta ini,” katanya, Rabu (21/7/2021).
Kemudian, kata bupati, dalam dimensi ruang dan roda pemerintahan serta pembangunan kemasyarakatan di Boltim selang 13 tahun dengan segala dinamikanya, senantiasa merefleksikan berbagai kemajuan di berbagai bidang pembangunan dan sejumlah persoalan dengan beragam tantangan, sekaligus menjanjikan sejumlah peluang yang secara signifikan telah memberi warna bagi wajah Kabupaten Boltim.
“Selama 13 tahun ini, tentu kita harus bersyukur karena program-program pembangunan telah diupayakan untuk dapat menjawab harapan-harapan masyarakat, apalagi dengan adanya berbagai permasalah dan bencana nonalam yaitu pandemi Covid-19 yang kurang lebih telah dua tahun melanda bangsa ini,” katanya.
Bupati mengatakan, Covid-19 yang menimpa Indonesia lebih khusus Boltim, tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan tetapi juga pada kondisi sosial ekonomi daerah, namun pemerintah harus berupaya untuk menjalankan roda pemerintahan yang baik.
“Sekalipun kita masih berada di tengah-tengah pandemi Covid-19, kita tetap berupaya agar pembangunan di berbagai lini sektor tetap dilakukan secara bertahap, berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan untuk menjawab semua tuntutan serta harapan masyarakat, yang menghendaki adanya perubahan dan kemajuan dalam berbagai aspek di daerah yang kita cinta ini,” kata bupati.
Dalam melaksanakan pemerintahan dan pembangunan kemasyarakatan untuk masa depan Boltim, kata dia, perlu dibangun komitmen dan sinergitas dari semua elemen masyarakat, serta semua penyelenggara negara ini.
“Yang perlu kita sepakati demi berlangsungnya pemerataan pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui proses yang terencana terarah dan terpadu. Di era otonomisasi dan globalisasi saat ini yang terus berjalan maju, kita pun harus berpacu dengan waktu dan mampu menjawab semua tantangan, mengubah masalah jadi peluang dengan kesiapan daerah, baik sumber daya manusia maupun sumber daya alam,” katanya.
