KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Belum lama menerima dua penghargaan prestisius tingkat nasional, Jumat (24/9), Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu, kembali meraih prestasi membanggakan dengan diterimanya penghargaan Anugerah Parahita Ekapraya (APE) kategori Pratama dari Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) Republik Indonesia.
Mewakili Wali Kota Kotamobagu, Tatong Bara, Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) Kotamobagu, Virgina Olii, menerima penghargaan APE yang diserahkan langsung Menteri PPPA, I Gusti Ayu Bintang Darmawati di Kantor Kementerian PPPA, Jakarta.
“Penghargaan Anugerah Parahita Ekapraya sudah kami terima dari Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak,” kata Virgina.
Penghargaan tersebut kata Virgina, diperoleh oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kotamobagu pada penerapan kesetaraan gender tahun 2020.
“Penghargaan atas komitmen dan peran para pimpinan dan stakeholder pemerintah daerah Kota Kotamobagu, dalam upaya mewujudkan kesetaraan dan keadilan gender melalui strategi Pengarusutamaan Gender (PUG),” jelas Virgina. (*/Anggi).
