KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU-Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu melalui Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Kotamobagu, menyerahkan Surat Keputusan (SK) pengangkatan kepada 7 (Tujuh) Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (P3K) Tahun 2021.
SK yang ditandatangani Wali Kota Kotamobagu Ir Tatong Bara itu, diserahkan Asisten Administrasi Umum Adnan Masinae, di ruang kerja Kepala BKPP Kotamobagu, Jumat (5/2).

Selain menerima SK pengangkatan, 7 orang P3K yang terdiri dari 5 (Lima) orang tenaga penyuluh pertanian dan 2 (dua) orang tenaga pendidik (Guru) ini, juga langsung menandatangani Surat Perjanjian Kerja (SPK).
Dalam penyampaiannya Adnan mengatakan, bahwa tenaga PPPK tidak jauh berbeda dengan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). “Dalam pengabdian sebagai tenaga PPPK harus dibarengi dengan rasa syukur, dengan cara kerja ikhlas. Tenaga PPPK akan menerima gaji dan tunjangan yang sama dengan PNS,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut kata Adnan, dalam undang-undang nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang ASN disebutkan bahwa Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) itu terdiri dari PNS dan PPPK. “PNS dan PPPK ini memiliki kedudukan, tugas dan tanggung jawab yang setara dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yang baik kepada masyarakat. PPPK bukanlah tenaga kontrak biasa. Dia adalah aparatur sipil negara yang memiliki profesionalisme,” tandasnya.
Turut hadir dan menyaksikan penyerahan SK pengangkatan dan penandatanganan SPK, Kepala BKPP Sarida Mokoginta serta Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan (Disperkan) Muhammad Yahya.
