Hal ini disampaikan Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Kotamobagu, Claudy N. Mokodongan, Kamis (21/1), kemarin
Menurut Claudy, pihaknya sudah melakukan cek langsung ke Balai Jalan Nasional Wilayah XV Manado, sebagai pihak yang akan melelang pekerjaan itu.

“Informasi yang kami peroleh bahwa anggaran untuk pelaksanaan review feasibility studi-nya sudah tertata dalam DIPA tahun anggaran 2021, dan dalam waktu dekat tahapan lelangnya akan dimulai,” ujar Claudy.
Setelah pekerjaan ini dilelang, pemenangnya nanti akan melakukan review terhadap dokumen feasibility studi yang telah disampaikan Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu sebelumnya ke Kementerian PUPR.
“Dokumen feasibility studi ini harus di-review untuk memastikan kembali kondisi dan kelayakan trace jalan yang rencananya akan dibangun jalan lingkar,” ucapnya.
Jika tahapan ini selesai dan dinyatakan layak untuk dilanjutkan, maka tahap selanjutnya Pemkot akan berupaya agar bisa diberikan bantuan dana dari pemerintah pusat untuk proses ganti rugi lahan.
“Ibu Wali Kota saat ini masih berada di Jakarta untuk mengupayakan agar kita bisa diberikan bantuan dana untuk ganti rugi lahan. Anggaran yang tertata di Dinas PUPR tahun 2021 ini baru pada tahap administrasinya dan belum untuk anggaran ganti rugi lahan yang memang membutuhkan dana yang cukup besar,” kata Claudy. (*/Gie)
