KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu melalui Wali Kota Kotamobagu, Tatong Bara, sebagai salah satu pemegang saham di Bank SulutGo, menghadiri Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan, dan RUPS Luar Biasa (RUPS-LB), Kamis (18/3/2021). Kegiatan yang berlangsung di Yama Resort Tondano, Kabupaten Minahasa ini, dihadiri para pemegang saham Bank SulutGo.
Turut hadir Kepala Badan Pengelola Keuangan (BPKD) Kota Kotamobagu, Pra Sugiarto Yunus. Ia mengatakan dalam kegiatan tersebut, terdapat dua agenda yang dibahas terkait pengesahan, penetapan penggunaan laba bersih, dan penetapan CSR.

Selain itu, dilaksanakan juga RUPS Luar Biasa untuk pengesahan dana setoran modal tahun 2020, pemenuhan modal bank, persetujuan dan penetapan piutang, hingga penetapan pengurus periode 2021-2025.
“Kehadiran ibu wali kota Kotamobagu mewakili pemkot yang tercatat sebagai salah satu pemegang saham,” katanya.
Lewat kegitaan tersebut, Sugiarto berharap setiap keputusan-keputusan yang diambil dalam RUPS, akan lebih meningkatkan kinerja dari Bank SulutGo. “Khususnya dalam hal pelayanan kepada setiap pemerintah daerah di Sulawesi Utara dan Gorontalo.”
Kegiatan ini cukup ketat karena masa pendemi Covid-19, dengan syarat harus membawa hasil rapid antigen dan pembatasan peserta dengan tetap menerapkan prokes. (Gie)
