KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu pada 2022, akan melaksanakan program bantuan hukum bagi masayarakat kurang mampu yang memerlukan pendampingan hukum.
Bantuan hukum ini meliputi ; masalah hukum keperdataan, pidana dan tata usaha Negara. Sementara syarat untuk mendapatkan bantuan hukum tersebut, cukup menyampaikan identitas pemohon dan uraian singkat mengenai pokok persoalan yang dimintakan bantuan hukum.
Kepala Bagian Hukum Setda Kota Kotamobagu, Rendra Dilapanga mengatakan, 2022 Pemerintah akan melaksanakan program bantuan hukum secara cuma-cuma bagi masyarakat kurang mampu yang memerlukan pendampingan atas masalah hukumnya.
“Dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa setiap orang berhak mendapatkan perlakuan yang sama dimata hukum, maka Pemkot Kotamobagu akan memberikan bantuan hukum cuma-cuma bagi masyarakat kurang mampu yang memerlukan pendampingan hukum. Syaratnya mudah, pemohon dapat menyampaikan identitas dan uraian singkat mengenai pokok persoalan yang dimintakan Bantuan Hukum,” kata Rendra, (10/1/2022).
Pendampingan hukum, kata dia. Akan dilakukan oleh lembaga bantuan hukum atau organisasi kemasyarakatan yang memenuhi persyaratan berdasarkan peraturan.
Selain itu, pendampingan hukum dapat berupa penyuluhan hukum, konsultasi hukum, investigasi kasus, baik secara elektronik maupun non elektronik, penelitian hukum, mediasi, negosiasi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pendampingan di luar pengadilan dan/atau drafting dokumen hukum.
