BOLTIM, KILASTOTABUAN.COM-Oskar Manoppo SE MM memiliki peran pada raihan Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) ke tujuh secara beruntun, yang diterima Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim).
Pasalnya, hasil pemeriksaan pengelolaan keuangan atas raihan WTP ke tujuh kalinya yang dilakukan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI perwakilan Sulut, merupakan tahun 2019. Dimana, Oskar masih menjabat Kepala Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Boltim sebelum digantikan Syukur Monoarfa pada awal 2020 lalu.
Sementara, WTP yang ketujuh kalinya diterima langsung Bupati Sehan Landjar melalui video conference di lantai tiga Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Boltim, Senin (11/05). Dalam sambutan Bupati Sehan Landjar menyampaikan apresiasi kepada jajarannya. Kata Bupati, hasil diaraih atas kerja keras semua ASN di Boltim. “Sehingga bisa meraih pretasi WTP ketuju kalinya,” ujar Bupati.
Meski begitu, Bupati dua periode itu mengungkapkan, masih banyak diperbaiki. Karenanya, para SKPD diminta segera menindaklanjuti rekomendasi laporan 60 hari pasca hasil pemeriksa diterima. “Pejabat wajib memberikan jawaban atau penjelasan kepada BPK, terkait tindak lanjut atas rekomendasi laporan hasil pemeriksaan selambat-lambatnya enam puluh hari setelah laporan hasil pemeriksaan diterima,“ kata Sehan.
Diketahui, di zaman Oskar menjabat Kepala BPKAD Boltim, opini diterima selalu positif, yakni enam kali secara beruntun mendapat WTP. (mg-01/ges)
