KILASTOTABUAN.COM, BOLTIM – Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), mengungkapkan bahwa capaian Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Boltim masih jauh dari target.
Kepala BPKPD Boltim, Wiwik Kurnia Buchari mengatakan menjelang akhir 2021, capaian PAD Boltim baru menyentuh angka 53,4 persen dari target yang dibebankan di 2021 sebanyak Rp 16.875.286.912, dan yang terealisasi hingga November baru Rp 9.011.189.250,15 atau 53,4 persen.
“PAD itu berasal dari pajak dan retribusi. Sedangkan capaian kita berada di 53,4 persen, kemudian khusus untuk pajak baik perhotelan dan PBB dan lainnya di bawah tanggung jawab BPKPD, angka persentasenya berada di posisi 46,54 persen,” ujar Wiwik.
Selain di BPKPD, retribusi PAD Boltim berasal dari Dinas Perhubungan, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Pariwisata, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP, Dinas PUPR, serta Dinas Perdagangan dan Koperasi.
“Saat ini untuk persentase masing-masing OPD, paling terendah di Dinas Pariwisata, hanya 2 persen, untuk Dinas Perdagangan dan Koperasi persentasenya tertinggi yakni 53,90 persen dan Dinas PUPR 5,57 persen,” terangnya.
Namun dirinya optimis sebelum berakhir tahun anggaran, PAD akan lebih meningkat lagi. Karena biasanya khusus PBB di akhir tahun akan lebih meningkat. (Awi)
