KILASTOTABUAN.COM, BOLTIM – Seperti diketahui, beberapa pekan kemarin Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim) Sam Sachrul Mamonto melantik ratusan Penjabat definitif dan Pelaksana Tugas (PLT) di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Boltim.
Karenanya Bupati Sachrul selalu mengimbau kepada para pejabat yang baru dilantik, agar bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta lebih mementingkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, ketimbang memikirkan diri sendiri.
“Saya mengimbau kepada para Kepala Dinas yang baru dilantik, agar mengemban amanah yang diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah. Satu tujuannya, yakni mensejahterakan masyarakat, bukan mensejahterakan diri sendiri,” ujar Bupati dalam sambutannya, ketika menghadiri pencanangan Kampung Reforma Agraria, yang dilaksanakan di Desa Mooat, Rabu (12/1/2022).
Menurut Bupati, kepala dinas yang baru, harus lebih cepat dari pimpinannya, dan menunjukkan kinerja yang maksimal, karna jika lalai maka bersiap untuk diganti.
Bupati pun mengibaratkan seperti bermain bola, karena di permainan tersebut, pelatih selalu menilai mana pemain yang lambat dan kurang maksimal di lapangan.
“Ingat, banyak pemain cadangan yang siap setiap saat untuk menggantikan pemain yang dianggap sudah tidak produktif lagi,” kata bupati.
Untuk itu, Bupati menjelaskan performa seluruh pejabat yang baru dilantik, harus baik dan menunjukan kualitas serta prestasi di bidang masing-masing.
“Sekali lagi saya tekankan harus maksimal, ingat banyak pemain cadangan yang sudah menunggu dan tidak sabar menunjukan permainan atau kinerja yang menarik,” tegasnya. (Awi)
