KILASTOTABUAN.COM, BOLTIM – Bagi Masyarakat Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim) yang ingin mengurus sertifikat tanah, tidak perlu repot-repot lagi untuk ke Kantor Pertanahan, karena saat ini sudah bisa diurus secara online.
Hal itu dikatakan Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Boltim, Yandri D.R. Rori, saat jumpa pers dalam rangka pembangunan zona integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM), di Cafe Strawberry, Kecamatan Mooat, Rabu (15/9/2021).
Saat ini pelayanan BPN Boltim sudah secara digital, agar masyarakat bisa dengan mudah mengecek proses pelayanannya secara online di aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku.
“Jika masyarakat mendaftarkan bidang tanahnya, kita langsung input pendaftarannya, secara otomatis waktunya juga sudah berjalan dalam aplikasi, agar mereka bisa mengecek proses pengurusan berkasnya sudah valid atau belum, bahkan dalam aplikasi itu mereka juga bisa tahu proses pemberkasannya sudah sampai ke tahap apa,” imbuhnya.

Pun jika masyarakat yang ingin datang langsung ke Kantor Pertanahan dalam mengurus sertifikat tanahnya, atau pun butuh pelayanan dalam soal pertanahan, disarankan untuk datang secara mandiri.
“Tentunya ini untuk menghindari pihak ketiga (calo) yang mengambil keuntungan dalam pengurusan sertifkat dan pelayanan lainnya. Maka dari itu alangkah baiknya untuk datang sendiri jika ingin mengurus sertifikat atau butuh pelayanan pertanahan lainnya,” katanya.
Lanjut dia, pihaknya berusaha untuk melakukan pelayanan yang terpercaya dan profesional kepada masyarakat yang akan mendaftarkan bidang tanahnya untuk disertifikatkan.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Boltim, Khaerudin Mamonto yang ikut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut menyampaikan, bahwa maksud dan tujuan pihak Pertanahan Boltim di kegiatan ini, agar publik tahu bahwa pelayanan kantor pertanahan dilakukan secara transparan.
“Tentunya tujuan dari kegiatan jumpa pers ini agar media dapat menginformasikan kepada masyarakat tentang pelayanan publik Kantor Pertanahan Boltim, supaya masyarakat tahu Kantor Pertanahan Boltim bagaimana melakukan pelayanan secara terbuka dan terpercaya,” katanya. (Awi)
