BOLMONG, KILAS TOTABUAN–Dari empat kabupaten dan satu kota di Bolaang Mongondow Raya (BMR), hanya Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong) yang menganggarkan penanganan Covid-19 selama 9 bulan.
Langkah itu, kata Bupati Bolmong Yasti Soepredjo Mokoagow, karena belum tahu kapan pandemi Covid-19 berakhir. Sehingga untuk memastikan warga kurang mampu tetap mendapat bantuan dari Pemkab Bolmong, dianggarkan sampai akhir 2020. “Hasil refocusing APBD tahun 2020, anggaran jaring pengaman sosial selama 9 bulan berkisar 115 miliar rupiah,” kata Yasti.
Lanjut Yasti, nantinya Pemkab mulai menyiapkan bantuan beras standar premium kepada 26.486 Kepala Keluarga (KK). Tiap bulan warga penerima akan mendapat bantuan 36 Kilogram (Kg) beras premium. “Bantuan berjalan terus hingga Desember,” lanjutnya.
Menurut Yasti, penerima bantuan mengacu pada data Kementerian Sosial sebanyak 29. 616 KK di Bolmong masuk data terpadu kesejahteraan sosial. Dari jumlah tersebut yang diintervensi oleh Kemensos berjumlah 15.358 kepala keluarga. Nantinya mereka menerima bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) sebesar 200 ribu perbulan serta bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) dari APBN.
“Setelah diverifikasi masih ada 13.132 kepala keluarga yang tidak mendapat BPNT, dan itu kita intervensi dengan APBD. Kita juga lakukan top up untuk penerima bantuan, karena setelah diverfikasi ulang terjadi penambahan 10 ribu kepala keluarga. Jadi warga dapat bantuan dari APBN dan APBD,” tuturnya.
Sementara, Kepala Dinas Sosil (Dinsos) Bolmong Abdul Haris Bambela mengatakan, warga kurang mampu tidak perlu khawatir ditengah badai pandemi corona saat ini. Pemkab Bolmong telah menyiapkan bahan sembako. “Kalau semuanya sudah siap, dan disetujui pimpinan, bantuan langsung disalurkan,” tuturnya. (ges)
