KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA- Polres Metro Jakarta Utara memutuskan untuk menghentikan kasus penyuntikan vaksin Covid-19 yang kosong di Pluit, Jakarta Utara.
Ia menerangkan pengusutan kasus disetop, karena kedua pihak yang berperkara telah sepakat untuk berdamai.
“Sudah kita hentikan ini. Kan sudah berakhir sepakat damai keduanya,” kata Kapolres Metro Jakarta Utara Kombes Pol Guruh Arif Darmawan saat dikonfirmasi, Rabu (11/8).
Dengan penghentian kasus, Guruh menyebut, status EO, sebagai relawan vaksinator sekaligus tersangka telah gugur alias dicabut.
Guruh menerangkan bahwa sebelumnya EO telah meminta maaf atas tindakannya, begitu pula korban penyuntikan vaksin kosong tersebut juga telah memaafkan tindakan tersangka.

“Pelakunya minta maaf kemudian dari pihak korban juga memaafkan ya sudah kan berarti sudah tidak ada yang dirugikan ya, masalahnya sudah selesai berarti,” kata dia.
Meski demikian, Guruh mengaku tak mengetahui kelanjutan EO sebagai relawan vaksinator. Dia menegaskan hal tersebut bukanlah wewenang kepolisian untuk menjelaskannya.
Sebelumnya, EO–yang diketahui bekerja sebagai tenaga perawat di Rumah Sakit Graha Kedoya–ditetapkan sebagai tersangka usai tak ada dosis vaksin dalam jarum suntik yang ia suntikan.
Atas tindakannya itu, EO dijerat Pasal 14 UU Nomor 4 Tahun 1984 tentang Wabah Penyakit Menular. Polisi turut menyita sejumlah barang bukti yakni, jarum suntik, botol vial, dan peralatan lain yang dipakai dalam proses vaksinasi. (*)
