KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA – Partai Demokrat yang diketuai oleh Kepala Staf Presiden (KSP) Moeldoko akan menggelar taklimat media di Kompleks Hambalang Sport Center, Bogor, Jawa Barat pada Kamis (25/3) siang nanti.
Berdasarkan undangan yang diterima dari inisiator Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) Demokrat Deli Serdang, Darmizal, agenda itu akan digelar pada pukul 13.00 WIB. Para pengurus Demokrat versi Moeldoko akan membahas mengenai informasi penting terkini pasca-KLB.
“Agenda: Informasi Penting Terkini Pasca KLB. Tema Kongres Luar Biasa Kembalikan Partai Demokrat Yang Demokratis,” tulis undangan tersebut Rabu (24/3) malam.
Kompleks Hambalang Sport Center tempat keterangan pers disampaikan Demokrat kubu Moeldoko, pernah menjadi mega proyek era Presiden SBY.
Proyek ini diniatkan menjadi Pusat Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Sarana Olahraga Nasional (P3SON), namun mangkrak di tengah jalan tersandung korupsi.

Proyek yang berdiri di atas tanah seluas 32 hektare (Ha) tersebut awalnya akan dilengkapi fasilitas lengkap. Mulai dari masjid, asrama, dan lapangan sepakbola.
Mega proyek itu ditaksir memiliki anggaran sebesar Rp 2,5 triliun. Akan tetapi, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengendus praktek korupsi yang dilakukan sejumlah pihak selama masa pengerjaannya.
Sejumlah pihak ditangkap KPK dan menjadi terpidana. Salah satunya menjerat politikus Partai Demokrat sekaligus Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Andi Mallarangeng.
Selain itu, terdapat dua politikus beken yang terlibat dalam pusara kasus korupsi ini, yakni Mantan Anggota DPR dari Partai Demokrat Angelina Sondakh dan Mantan Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat Anas Urbaningrum. Mereka berdua masih mendekam di penjara terkait kasus tersebut sampai saat ini.
Inisiator KLB dan pendiri Demokrat, Hencky Luntungan mengatakan alasan utama digelarnya taklimat media di Hambalang untuk memberikan kenyamanan bagi awak media. Ia mengatakan taklimat media yang selama ini digelar di Jakarta membahayakan terkait potensi penularan virus Corona.
“Itu karena di Jakarta terus pertama Covid, ruang tertutup. Kalau Sport Center Hambalang kan ruang terbuka. Mengambil kenyamanan lah,” kata Hencky.
Selain itu, Hencky menyatakan pihaknya juga sengaja mengambil tempat taklimat media di proyek Hambalang sebagai peristiwa langka. Hal itu bertujuan agar mata masyarakat Indonesia terbuka.
“Agar mata terbuka, sebagai kenangan yang tak terlupakan oleh rakyat Indonesia,” kata dia.
DPP Partai Demokrat sampai saat ini mengalami dualisme kepengurusan di bawah kepemimpinan Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) dan Moeldoko. Keduanya sama-sama mengklaim sebagai kepengurusan yang sah. (*)
