KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) mengatakan tes wawasan kebangsaan (TWK) dalam rangka alih status pegawai Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) tak bisa menjadi dasar pemberhentian 75 pegawai lembaga antirasuah yang tidak lulus tes tersebut.
”Hasil TWK hendaknya menjadi masukan untuk langkah-langkah perbaikan KPK baik pada individu atau institusi KPK dan tidak serta merta jadi dasar berhentikan 75 pegawai KPK yang tidak lolos tes,” kata Jokowi, Senin (17/5).
Jokowi sependapat dengan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yang menyatakan peralihan status pegawai KPK menjadi ASN tak merugikan para pegawai.
”KPK harus memiliki SDM terbaik dan komitmen tinggi dalam berantas korupsi. Oleh karena itu pengalihan status jadi ASN harus jadi bagian upaya berantas korupsi lebih sistematis,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya, 75 pegawai KPK dinyatakan tidak lulus tes wawasan kebangsaan (TWK) sebagai syarat alih status menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Menyusul hasil tersebut Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri mengeluarkan Surat Keputusan Nomor 652 Tahun 2021 tentang penonaktifan 75 pegawai lembaga antirasuah.
Penyidik KPK Novel Baswedan, salah satu pegawai yang juga dinyatakan gagal TWK, mengatakan akan mengajukan keberatan kepada pimpinan lembaga antirasuah terkait surat keputusan tersebut.
Novel dan 74 pegawai KPK lainnya keberatan karena SK turut memuat poin para pegawai yang tidak lolos TWK diminta untuk menyerahkan tugas dan tanggung jawab ke atasan masing-masing.
Di sisi lain, kata Novel, Dewan Pengawas KPK belum melakukan apapun terkait dalam rangka alih status menjadi ASN.
“Tadi kami mendapatkan jawaban dari ketua dewas bahwa dewas belum mengambil tindakan apapun, belum mengambil kebijakan, penilaian, atau keputusan apapun terkait SK yang dikeluatkan Firli Bahuri. Belum sama sekali,” kata Novel di Gedung KPK, Jakarta, Senin (17/5). (*)
