KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA- Pemerintah Kota Surabaya telah mencairkan dana insentif sebesar Rp89 miliar untuk tenaga kesehatan (nakes) dan tenaga penunjang yang melayani pasien Covid-19. Pemkot pun mengakui telat membayarkan insentif tersebut.
Insentif itu untuk periode Oktober-Desember 2020 dan Januari-Juni 2021. Dana insentif itu sudah dicairkan Pemkot Surabaya sejak Jumat (9/7) lalu.
Kepala Bagian Humas Pemkot Surabaya, Febriadhitya Prajatara mengatakan insentif telah ditransfer ke rekening masing-masing nakes.
“Iya, sudah. Silakan dicek rekeningnya masing-masing. Sudah kita lunasi yang tahun 2020,” kata Febri di kantornya, Selasa (27/7).
Sedangkan untuk insentif pelayanan Covid-19 periode Januari-Juni 2021, sudah mulai dicairkan oleh Pemkot Surabaya sejak Jumat (23/7).
Ia menyebut Pemkot Surabaya sudah menganggarkan dana insentif sekitar Rp89 miliar pada 2021. Namun, tidak menutup jumlah itu akan bertambah.

“Jadi, total untuk anggaran dana insentif nakes itu sekitar Rp89 miliar,” ujarnya.
Febri menjelaskan, insentif ini diberikan kepada nakes mulai dari puskesmas hingga Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD). Mereka yang menerima insentif ini sudah mempertaruhkan nyawa untuk melayani pasien Covid-19 di Kota Surabaya.
“Ini diberikan untuk nakes yang melayani Covid-19,” ujar Febri.
Febri mengakui keterlambatan pencairan dana insentif pelayanan Covid-19 dikarenakan Pemkot Surabaya harus melakukan proses refocusing anggaran terlebih dahulu.
Oleh sebab itu, pihaknya berharap kepada nakes pelayanan Covid-19 agar dapat mengerti dan memahami proses refocusing anggaran tersebut.
“Saya harap semua bisa mengerti ya, bahwa proses anggaran itu bila tidak dianggarkan sedari awal, ya tidak bisa. Sehingga harus melalui proses refocusing dan revisi anggaran,” ucapnya.
Pemkot Surabaya berharap insentif ini dapat menjadi penyemangat bagi nakes yang sedang berjuang di garda terdepan penanganan Covid-19 di Kota Pahlawan. (*)
