KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA – Mabes Polri menyelidiki video hoaks oknum Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) menerima suap perkara kekarantinaan kesehatan yang melibatkan Rizieq Shihab untuk memburu pelaku pembuat dan penyebar video tersebut.
“Iya kita lidik,” kata Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Pol Argo Yuwono saat dikonfirmasi Senin (22/3).
Argo juga mengatakan akan mengecek apakah Kejaksaan Agung telah membuat laporan polisi terkait video hoaks tersebut.
Video berdurasi 48 detik menyebar di media sosial dengan narasi (voice over) “terbongkar pengakuan jaksa yang mengaku menerima suap kasus sidang Rizieq Shihab, Innalillah semakin hancur wajah hukum Indonesia”.
Kejaksaan Agung telah mengklarifikasi bahwa video tersebut hoaks dan akan menelusuri pelaku pembuat dan penyebar video hoaks. Menteri Koordinator Politik Hukum dan Keamanan (Menkopolhukam) Mahfud MD dalam cuitannya menyatakan, sengaja memviralkan video seperti itu tentu bukan delik aduan, tetapi harus diusut.

“Tetapi kita tetap akan menelaah kemungkinan revisi UU ITE untuk menghilangkan potensi pasal karet dan membedakan delik aduan dan delik umum di dalamnya,” cuitan Mahfud di akun twitternya.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenum) Kejagung Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak mengatakan narasi di video tersebut “innalillah semakin hancur wajah hukum Indonesia” dikaitkan dengan penangkapan atas seorang jaksa berinsial AF yang terjadi pada 2016.
Leonard berkata penangkapan oknum Jaksa AF di Jawa Timur tersebut terkait dengan pemberian suap dalam penanganan perkara Tindak Pidana Korupsi Penjualan Tanah Kas Desa di Desa Kali Mok Kecamatan Kalianget Kabupaten Sumenep Jawa Timur.
“Pejabat yang menjelaskan penangkapan oknum Jaksa AF pada video tersebut, adalah Bapak Yulianto yang saat ini sudah menjabat sebagai Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT),” ujarnya.

Leonard menegaskan, video penangkapan oknum Jaksa AF tidak ada sama sekali kaitan dengan proses sidang Muhammad Rizieq alias Rizieq Shihab di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur yang saat ini sedang disidangkan.
“Menegaskan bahwa informasi dalam video tersebut adalah tidak benar atau hoaks. Kami juga meminta masyarakat untuk tidak menyebar-luaskan video tersebut serta tidak mudah percaya dan terprovokasi dengan berita bohong atau hoaks sebagaimana video yang sedang beredar saat ini,” ujar Leonard.
Leonard juga mengingatkan masyarakat agar tidak membuat berita atau video atau informasi yang tidak benar kebenarannya dan menyebar-luaskannya kepada masyarakat melalui jaringan media sosial yang ada, karena perbuatan tersebut dapat dijerat dengan Undang Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik khususnya pasal 45A ayat (1).
“Bunyi pasal tersebut, setiap orang, yang dengan sengaja dan tanpa hak menyebarkan berita bohong dan menyesatkan dipidana dengan pidana penjara 6 tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp 1 miliar,” kata Leonard. (*)
