Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) retribusi penjualan bibit dan benih tanam sudah masuk pembahasan di Badan Musyawara (Banmus) DPRD Kotamobagu.
Pembahasan dipimpin Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Kotamoabgu, Beggie Chandra Gobel dan didampingi Wakil Ketua DPRD Syarif Mokodongan dan sejumlah anggota, diantaranya Yosi Samad dan Ahmad Sabir, di gelar Sabtu (13/06/2020).
Adapun dari eksekutif dihadiri Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kotamobagu, Yahya Mokodompit serta sejumlah jajaranya. “Agenda pembahasan harusnya dihadiri Kabag Hukum dan Kasat Pol PP. Tapi Kabag Hukum Pak Rendra minta maaf berhalangan hadir karena sakit,” kata Beggie Gobel.
Menurutnya, pembahasan begitu penting dalam rangka peningkatan PAD Kotamobagu ke depan. “Barang tubuh Ranperda sebanyak 20 pasal, semuanya sudah selesai bahas,” kata Beggie.
Berikut, sambungnya, tinggal ada beberapa hal yang harus dibahas untuk finalisasi dari Ranperda tersebut. “Tapi masih akan dibahas lampiran struktur atau besaran tarifnya,” ujar politisi PAN Kotamobagu ini.
