KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA — Pelatih timnas Singapura Tatsuma Yoshida mengaku sudah tahu kelemahan Timnas Indonesia jelang leg pertama semifinal Piala AFF 2020 (2021) di Stadion Nasional, Singapura, Rabu (22/12).
Yoshida menganggap Timnas Indonesia sebagai tim yang kuat, terbukti tim Garuda sukses lolos ke semifinal Piala AFF 2020 sebagai juara Grup B dengan mengalahkan Vietnam.
Pelatih asal Jepang itu mengaku Singapura sudah mengetahui kelemahan Timnas Indonesia dan akan memanfaatkan hal itu saat bertemu pada semifinal Piala AFF.
“Saya telah membuat rencana khusus, kami telah menemukan titik lemah dan memiliki solusi untuk mengatasi gaya Indonesia,” ujar Yoshida dikutip dari Zing.
“Kami tidak ingin mengungkap lebih banyak, hanya mengatakan kami akan berusaha membatasi kesalahan sendiri, demi mengalahkan mereka dengan permainan tim. Tetap strategi yang sudah dipersiapkan juga bisa menjadi bagian dari solusi,” ucap Yoshida.
Yoshida mengaku terkesan dengan penampilan Timnas Indonesia di Piala AFF. Pelatih 47 tahun itu mengatakan Timnas Indonesia punya permainan yang militan di setiap pertandingan.
“Tim Indonesia bermain sangat impresif dalam bertahan. Saya tidak keberatan jika mereka bermain seperti pertandingan melawan Vietnam. Pertahanan Indonesia dalam dan terkadang mereka menemukan peluang untuk melakukan serangan balik,” ucap Yoshida.
“Mereka benar-benar bermain dengan sengit melawan Vietnam. Penuh semangat. Pemain Indonesia juga sangat kuat, ketika mereka hampir tidak berhenti berlari di lapangan,” sambung Yoshida.
Leg kedua semifinal Piala AFF antara Indonesia vs Singapura akan digelar Sabtu (25/12). Sementara semifinal lainnya mempertemukan Thailand vs Vietnam. (*)
