KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – DPRD Kotamobagu menggelar Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) bersama Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) terkait realisasi program kegiatan serta serapan anggaran sepanjang triwulan I-III tahun 2021.
RDP yang digelar di Aula Kantor Dinas PUPR itu dipimpin Ketua Komisi II Jusran Deby Mokolanut, dan dihadiri Wakil Ketua DPRD Syarifuddin Mokodongan, anggota DPRD Adrianus Mokoginta, Suryadi Baso dan Suharsono Marsidi.
Kepala Dinas PUPR Kotamobagu, Claudy Mokodongan mengatakan, dalam rapat dengar pendapat bersama Komisi II dan pimpin DPRD itu, ada beberapa masukan untuk program kegiatan tahun 2021 yang saat ini masih sedang berlangsung proses pembangunannya.
“Insya allah seluruh program kegiatan tahun ini selesai hingga desember. Dan kami juga masih menunggu jadwal dari pihak DPRD untuk kunjungan lapangan nanti dalam rangka meninjau progres pembangunan SPAM di Desa Poyowa Kecil,” kata Claudy, Selasa (2/11).
Menurutnya, dalam pertemuan itu juga membahas apa saja yang menjadi kendala dan dibutuhkan Dinas PUPR untuk tahun anggaran 2022. “Seperti tadi ada masukan untuk RTRW, kemudian masterplan untuk diprioritaskan tahun depan. Ada juga aspirasi dari masyarakat melalui DPRD untuk diprioritaskan dan masukan-masukan ini akan kita akomodir dalam anggaran tahun depan,” katanya.
Adapun untuk proyek yang realisasinya baru berjalan 65 persen, kata Claudy, itu hanya secara di dalam kertas tapi untuk progres pekerjaan di lapangan sudah 80 sampai 90 persen. “Jadi tinggal proses finishing. Inshaallah seluruh program pembangunan untuk tahun anggaran 2021 ini akan segera selesai. Jika tidak selesai akan berdampak dan berpengaruh dalam penyusunan anggaran tahun 2022,” jelasnya.
Claudy juga mengatakan, proyek yang masih sementara berjalan tinggal dua yakni, SPAM Poyowa Kecil dan pembangunan eks Kantor Bupati. “Kalau untuk proyek pengerjaan jalan Kartini itu masuk di APBD perubahan dan saat ini sudah masuk dalam proses lelang. Kemudian penyelesaian pembangunan jembatan Matali, jembatan jalan baru yang menghubungkan Motoboi Besar-Bongkudai, jembatan Yantaton di perkuburan Raja Loloda Mokoagow penghubung kelurahan Motoboi Besar-Matali. Jadi tiga paket proyek ini dianggarkan dalam APBD Perubahan dan sudah masuk dalam tahap lelang,” pungkasnya.
Dalam RDP itu, Dinas PUPR juga menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih atas masukan-masukan yang baik dari pihak DPRD Kotamobagu. “Harapan kami, ke depan Dinas PUPR akan lebih baik lagi untuk pembangunan Kota Kotamobagu,” pungkasnya. (*/Anggi)
