KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Menanggapi relokasi Pasar 23 Marer ke Pasar Genggulang, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Kotamobagu melakukan Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) bersama dinas terkait, bertempat di ruang rapat Paripurna, Senin (24/1/2022).

Hasil RDP yang dilakukan DPRD bersama Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UKM (Disperindagkop-UKM), Dinas Perhubungan, (Dishub), Kesatuan Polisi Pamong Praja, (Satpol-PP) tersebut, menghasilkan empat rekomendasi yang perlu disampaikan dinas terkait pada pertemuan selanjutnya dengan DPRD.
“Ada empat rekomendasi yang kami sampaikan ke dinas terkait untuk ditindaklanjuti, agar dipaparkan pada RDP selanjutnya. Pertama, kami meminta Disperindangkop-UKM untuk memaparkan grand desain kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan atas pemindahan pasar ini. Kedua, dinas harus melakukan penertiban di semua pasar yang ada. Ketiga, dinas harus segerah mengurus Pasar Serasi yang sampai hari ini belum selesai persoalannya. Keempat, yang ada renovasi pasar bukan relokasi,” kata Wakil DPRD Kotamobagu, Syarifudin Mokodongan.
Menurut Syarif, dalam RDP tersebut DPRD tidak memperoleh penjelasan secara jelas atas alasan relokasi yang akan dilakukan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu, dalam hal ini Disperindagkop-UKM.
“Ada efek yang akan timbul dalam pemindahan Pasar 23 Marer ke Pasar Genggulang, harusnya pemerintah memikirkan persoalan tersebut. Agar supaya proses pemindahan tidak merugikan masyarakat dan pedagang. Dengan penjelasan yang konkrit, semua pemangku kepentingan dapat menerima dengan baik pemindahan ini,” kata Syarif usai memimpin RDP.
Untuk itu, DPRD memberikan waktu kepada dinas terkait agar dapat menyiapkan materi atas alasan pemindahan pasar tersebut. Agar hal ini dapat dipertimbangkan oleh semua pemangku kepentingan.
“Kami memberikan waktu agar Disperindag-UKM dapat memberikan alasan secara konkrit, dan Disperindag-UKM meminta waktu tiga minggu kepada kami untuk memikirkan atau membuat rencana materi yang akan dipaparkan pada pertemuan berikut,” katanya.
DRPD menilai, haruanya relokasi pasar tidak dilakukan. Dimana yang harus dilakukan itu adalah renovasi pasar ikan atau Pasar Serasi.
“Harusnya, Pasar Serasi yang perlu direnovasi. Sebab, sudah berpuluh – puluh tahun pedagang berdagang di pasar tersebut. Jika renovasi Pasar Serasi dilakukan, kami akan pergi ke Kementerian Perdagangan untuk bagaimana bisa mendapatkan bantuan dana alokasi dari sana,” pungkasnya. (Anggi)
