KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Puluhan warga Desa Pontodon timur mendatangi Kantor Wali Kota Kotamobagu, Senin (14/6/2021), terkait penyampaian keluh kesah yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Desa Pontodon Timur.
Puluhan masyarakat tersebut diterima oleh Asisten I Bidang Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Teddy Makalalag, Asisten III Bidang Administrasi Umum, Adnan Massinae, dan Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol-PP) Kotamobagu, Sahaya Mokoginta, di Aula Kantor Wali Kota Kotamobagu.
Teddy Makalalag mengatakan bahwa permasalahan yang dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat Desa Pontodon Timur masih akan dikaji dan dipelajari lebih dalam terkait pokok permasalahannya.
“Langkah pemkot selanjutnya setelah pertemuan ini, kami akan melapor dulu ke pimpinan dalam kaitan dengan langka-langkah selanjutnya, sambil memverifikasi bukti-bukti yang telah disampaikan oleh masyarakat hari ini,” katanya.
Menurut Teddy, perihal dugaan masalah penyimpangan kekuasaan dan penyelewengan anggaran yang kebenarannya masih belum jelas, pihaknya tidak menanggapi terkait benar atau tidaknya permasalahan yang telah disampaikan oleh masyarakat tersebut.

“Saya belum menanggapi benar atau tidak, tetapi di sini ada inspektorat yang akan mengaudit, ada pihak kepolisian jika sudah dilaporkan. Sementara terkait Bantuan Sosial (Bansos), kami belum memiliki bukti-bukti yang jelas terkait pemotongan, nanti kita lakukan klarifikasi jika bukti secara keseluruhan sudah ada,” kata Teddy.
Sementara itu, Herdy Korompot sebagai keterwakilan masyarakat Pontodon Timur, yang saat ini juga sebagai anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Kotamobagu, mengatakan bahwa pihaknya berharap agar kiranya pemkot dapat mengambil langkah yang tepat dalam melihat permasalahan ini.
“Harapannya agar pemerintah mampu mengklarifikasi terhadap hak orang yang dizalimi, sehingga tidak terkesan bahwa pemerintah itu pilih kasih atau berpihak kepada satu stakeholder saja, atau tidak mewakili semua stakeholder. Yang kedua harapannya jangan melakukan pembiaran terhadap pemerintah desa hari ini, karena begitu banyak kesalahan-kesalahan di desa seakan-akan pemkot menutupi, tidak mengekspos dan tidak mengambil sanksi terhadap Sangadi Desa Pontodon Timur yang melakukan pelanggaran,” kata Herdy Korompot.
Menurutnya, salah satu duduk persoalannya yakni, dugaan pemotongan dana Covid-19 tahun 2020, pemotongan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) perikanan, bansos sembako kepada masyarakat, pemalsuan tanda tangan, serta status tanah masjid yang sampai hari ini tidak ada kejelasannya.
Untuk itu, jika hal ini tidak akan ditindak lanjut oleh pemkot, maka masyarakat yang datang hari tidak akan mengindahkan segala bentuk peraturan yang ada di desa tersebut.
“Jika pemkot tidak mengindahkan permasalahan ini, maka kami punya kekuatan masyarakat yang memang pada intinya kami tidak mengindahkan semua perintah, dan kami tidak taat, karena kami tidak mau bersekutu dengan kejahatan,” katanya. (Gie)
