KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Kontrak Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Kotamobagu bakal tidak diperpanjang lagi.
Kontrak THL kesehatan yang terdiri dari perawat dan bidan, hanya sampai pada September 2021 tahun ini.
“Kontrak THL, baik perawat dan bidan di RSUD Kotamobagu, akan berakhir pada September 2021, dan tidak diperpanjang lagi, sementara medis (dokter spesialis) berakhir pada Desember 2021,” kata Sekretaris RSUD Kotamobagu, Taufan Wahyudi Simbala, Rabu (28/7/2021).
Akan tetapi, kata dia, untuk dokter spesialis kontraknya akan mengikuti kebutuhan rumah sakit.
“Tergantung kebutuhan rumah sakit, apalagi ada dokter umum yang disekolahkan Pemkot untuk mengambil spesialis, bahkan sudah ada yang selesai,” kata Taufan.

Taufan menjelaskan alasan tidak diperpanjang lagi kontrak THL bagi perawat dan bidan, karena anggaran untuk membayar gaji mereka dalam RKA hanya sampai September, dan pada 2020 Pemkot telah merekrut CPNS.
“Pemkot juga pada 2020 ada perekrutan CPNS, dan mereka sudah bekerja sejak Januari,” ujarnya.
Ia juga menjelaskan bahwa untuk anggaran THL pada 2022 nanti, tetap dianggarkan. “Anggaran THL 2022 tetap dianggarkan, anggarannya ada di dalam usulan RKA induk, tetapi khusus bidan saja.”
Sementara untuk tenaga perawat, menurutnya kemungkinan tidak akan dianggarkan, karena tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat di RSUD Kotamobagu sudah cukup.
“Saat ini perawat sudah cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah sakit, apalagi penerimaan CPNS 2021 ini dikhususkan untuk RSUD Kotamobagu,” kata Taufan.
Saat ini jumlah THL 2021 di RSUD Kotamobagu sebanyak 380 orang yang terdiri dari bidan dan perawat. (Anggi)
