KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) Kota Kotamobagu, hanya bisa memutakhiran Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) kepada 5.000 kepala Rumah Tangga (Ruta) di Kotamobagu.
“DTKS sebelumnya berjumlah 9.106 Ruta. Tahun ini, Dinsos Kotamobagu hanya dapat melakukan verifikasi DTKS kepada 5.000 Ruta, karena anggran yang ada hanya untuk 5.000 blangko saja. Sementara sisanya 4.106 Ruta, tidak dapat dimutakhirkan, dikarenakan kurangnya anggran yang dimiliki Dinsos Kotamobagu,” kata Kepala Seksi Identifikasi dan Penguatan Kapasitas Dinsos Kotamobagu, Sandi Faryanto, di ruang kerjanya, Kamis (4/6/2021).
Menurutnya untuk memastikan integritas DTKS membutuhkan verifikasi data terbaru, dimana ada petugas yang harus turun ke masing-masing rumah warga, untuk melakukan pemutakhiran data kepada setiap kepala dan anggota rumah tangga.

“Anggarannya hanya Rp 81.425.000 pada 2021, itu sudah termasuk verifikasi dan validasi. Dengan begitu kami tidak bisa membayar petugas lapangan untuk memutakhirkan 4.106 Ruta yang tersisa. Adapun sumber anggarannya melalui Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD),” jelasnya.
Saat ini, kata dia, ada 12 desa/kelurahan yang sudah memasukkan hasil pemutakhiran DTKS, dan masih ada 11 desa/kekurahan yan belum. Nantinya hasil tersebut akan diinput melalui aplikasi.
“Data ini yang akan menjadi rujukan penerima program sembako/BPNT dan program bantuan sosial tunai/BST yang berasal dari DTKS maupun penerima bantuan non-DTKS yang tidak valid, tetapi tidak semua yang diusulkan akan menjadi penerima bantuan, nantinya pusat akan melakukan verifikasi, selanjutnya baru akan ada daftar penerima bantuan yang telah diverifikasi, kami hanya sebatas mengusulkan,” ujar Sandi.
