KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Panitia Pelaksana Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-76 Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu tahun 2021, mengimbau masyarakat untuk tidak datang ke lokasi pelaksanaan Upacara Peringatan Detik-detik Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, dan Upacara Penurunan Bendera Merah Putih, Selasa (17/8/2021) besok.
Hal ini disampaikan Ketua Panitia Pelaksana, Moh. Fahri Damopolii, Senin (16/8/2021). Menurut Fahri, kondisi pandemi yang masih berlangsung saat ini mewajibkan pelaksanaan upacara dilakukan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang sangat ketat, terutama mengantisipasi kerumunan yang bisa saja terjadi.
“Jika masyarakat datang ke lokasi pelaksanaan upacara, potensi kerumunan bisa saja terjadi, dan tentu hal ini tidak kita inginkan bersama,” kata Fahri.
Kondisi pandemi di Kota Kotamobagu yang masuk level 3 dengan zona orange, menjadi poin penting dalam pelaksanaan peringatan HUT Kemerdekaan tahun ini. Selain itu Surat Edaran Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 0031/4297/SJ tentang Pedoman Teknis Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun ke-76 Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia tahun 2021, juga mewajibkan pelaksanaan upacara peringatan dilakukan dengan protokol kesehatan ketat, serta membatasi jumlah undangan yang berada di lokasi pelaksanaan upacara.
“Untuk itu tahun ini, panitia pelaksana akan menayangkan Upacara Peringatan Detik-detik Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia dan Upacara Penurunan Bendera Merah Putih di Lapangan Kotamobagu secara live streaming melalui kanal Youtube, dengan alamat link https://bit.ly/3yTa433,” katanya.
Fasilitas siaran langsung ini disiapkan khusus oleh panitia pelaksana agar seluruh masyarakat Kota Kotamobagu bisa menyaksikan langsung proses upacara tanpa harus datang ke lokasi pelaksanaan. Untuk Upacara Peringatan Detik-detik Kemerdekaan akan dilaksanakan pukul 08.00 pagi, dan Upacara Penurunan Bendera Merah Putih pada sore harinya pukul 16.30.
“Kami mengajak seluruh masyarakat Kotamobagu untuk menyaksikan siaran langsung proses Upacara Detik-detik Kemerdekaan serta Upacara Penurunan Bendera Merah Putih langsung dari kanal Youtube, dan tidak datang ke lokasi pelaksanaan upacara,” imbaunya. (Anggi)
