KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu, meraih nilai tertinggi dalam penilaian oleh Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) RI terhadap pelaksanaan Sistem Merit di 15 kabupaten/kota se-Sulawesi Utata (Sulut).
Hal ini disampaikan oleh Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Kota Kotamobagu, Sarida Mokoginta saat dihubungi Kilastotabuan.com via WhatsApp, Selasa (22/6/2021).
“Maka Kotamobagu mendapat nilai tertinggi yakni 283 atau kategori baik pada penginputan Sistem Merit,” kata Sarida Mokoginta.
Sementara itu, menurut Sekretaris Daerah, Sande Dodo, bahwa terdapat delapan aspek penilaian dalam Sistem Merit tersebut, yakni 1) perencanaan kebutuhan, 2) pengadaan, 3) pengembangan karir, 4) promosi dan mutasi, 5) manajemen kinerja, 6) pengkajian, penghargaan, dan disiplin, 7) perlindungan dan pelayanan, serta 8) sistem informasi.

“Alhamdulillah, kita lebih cepat menginput data dan telah diterima oleh KASN sehingga Kota Kotamobagu mendapatkan nilai tinggi,” kata Sekda saat dikonfirmasi via telepon.
Penilaian ini disampaikan pada saat rapat Koordinasi audiensi penilaiaan dan pembinaan Sistem Merit manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang diselenggarakan oleh KASN RI, bertempat di ruang CJ Rantung kantor Gubernur Sulut, dan diikuti oleh seluruh Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) dan Kepala BKPP se-Sulut.
Diketahui, pemerintah memiliki komitmen yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas ASN, salah satunya dengan menerapkan Sistem Merit, sebagaimana yang diamanatkan oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang ASN.
Sistem Merit adalah kebijakan dalam manajemen ASN yang berdasarkan pada kualifikasi, kompetensi dan kinerja secara adil dan wajar dengan tanpa membedakan latar belakang politik, ras, warna kulit, agama, asal usul, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, umur atau kondisi kecacatan. (Gie)
