KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Kamis (19/8/2021, Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kota Kotamobagu menerima 14 tahanan yang sudah di proses di Polres dan Polsek untuk dipindahkan ke Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Kotamobagu.
Menurut Kepala Seksi (Kasi) tindakan Pidana Umum (Pidum), Kejari Kotamobagu, Andi Oddang Muhamad Sunan Tombolotutu M.S.T, SH, MH, semua tahanan akan melakukan Repid Tes Antigen Covid-19, mengingat saat ini masih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19.
“Dari jumlah tersebut, kasusnya bervariasi. Ada penganiayaan, persetubuhan, pencurian, pengelapan, pencabulan, serta kepemilikan sabu (narkoba),” kata Andi kepada Kilastotabuan.com, di ruang kerjanya.

Ia menambahkan, untuk jadwal persidangan di pengadilan belum bisa dipastikan kapan.
“Masih akan dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Negeri Kotamobagu. Nanti setelah itu baru akan ada jadwal untuk sidang,” tambahnya.
Lewat pantauan Kilastotabuan.com, dari 14 tahanan yang sudah dipindahkan ke Rutan Kotamobagu, terdapat dua tahanan sebagai tersangka pencabulan anak umur 13 dan 15 tahun. (Anggi)
