Hakim menilai John Kei terbukti secara sah dan menurut hukum melakukan dua tindak pidana yakni membujuk melakukan pembunuhan berencana dan membujuk melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang yang mengakibatkan luka berat.
“Menjatuhkan pidana penjara selama 15 tahun,” ujar Humas Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat, Eko Ariyanto, kepada CNNIndonesia.com melalui keterangan tertulis, Kamis (20/5).

Dalam sidang ini, hakim juga memvonis bersalah enam terdakwa lainnya. Pengacara John Kei, Daniel Farfar, divonis 15 tahun penjara; Bukon Koko Hukubun divonis 14 tahun penjara; serta Yeremias Farfarhukubun, Bony Haswerus, Semuel Rahanbinan dan Henra Yanto Notonubun dijatuhi vonis 13 tahun penjara.
Lima nama terakhir merupakan anak buah John Kei. Mereka dinilai terbukti melakukan pembunuhan berencana secara bersama-sama, melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang yang mengakibatkan luka berat dan memiliki senjata tajam.
“Vonisnya variatif. Ada yang 13, 14 dan 15 tahun,” tandas Eko.
Para terdakwa di atas diadili atas kasus penyerangan di sejumlah tempat terhadap kelompok Agrapinus Rumatoa alias Nus Kei Juni 2020.
Lokasi pertama yakni di daerah Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat dan lokasi kedua di kediaman Nus Kei yang beralamat di Green Lake City, Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang. (*)
