KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA — Survei Bank Indonesia (BI) mengindikasikan kebutuhan pembiayaan korporasi meningkat pada Desember 2021. Hal ini tercermin dari Saldo Bersih Tertimbang (SBT) sebesar 17,4 persen atau lebih tinggi dibandingkan November 2021 sebesar 14,8 persen.
Direktur Eksekutif Kepala Departemen Komunikasi BI Erwin Haryono mengungkapkan kebutuhan pembiayaan korporasi mayoritas masih dipenuhi dari dana sendiri.
Setelah itu, pembiayaan berasal dari fasilitas kelonggaran tarik dan pinjaman atau utang dari perusahaan induk yang ketiganya terindikasi meningkat dibanding bulan sebelumnya.
“Sementara itu, pembiayaan dari pinjaman perbankan dalam negeri (kredit baru) tercatat melambat,” ujar Erwin dalam keterangan resmi, Selasa (18/1).
Pada Desember 2021, bank sentral memantau pembiayaan baru oleh rumah tangga masih terbatas. Hal ini dikarenakan mayoritas responden rumah tangga memilih bank umum sebagai sumber pembiayaan utama yang terpantau meningkat.
“Responden rumah tangga mayoritas memilih bank umum sebagai sumber utama penambahan pembiayaan yang terpantau meningkat pada Desember 2021, dengan jenis pembiayaan yang diajukan mayoritas berupa Kredit Multi Guna,” tulisnya.
Pertumbuhan kredit baru juga terindikasi melambat pada Desember 2021, apabila dibandingkan dengan bulan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan jenis penggunaan, pertumbuhan kredit baru melambat pada jenis Kredit Investasi (KI) dan Kredit Modal Kerja (KMK).
Namun demikian, BI mencatat pertumbuhan pembiayaan masih terjadi pada jenis pembiayaan Kredit Perumahan Rakyat (KPR) dan kredit konsumsi lainnya.
Secara keseluruhan, penyaluran kredit selama kuartal IV 2021 diperkirakan meningkat dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. (*)
