KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA — Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) PDIP menegaskan tak bakal memecat anggota Komisi III DPR Arteria Dahlan buntut pernyataannya soal penggunaan bahasa Sunda yang menuai protes masyarakat Jawa Barat.
Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) PDIP, Hasto Kristiyanto menegaskan partai telah menjatuhkan sanksi berat kepada Arteria terkait masalah tersebut. Di sisi lain, Arteria juga sudah meminta maaf.
“Dari partai tanggapannya sudah sangat jelas, saya sudah bertemu dengan Bapak Arteria Dahlan bersama dengan ketua DPP Bidang Kehormatan yang bersangkutan menyatakan permohonan maaf setulus-tulusnya,” kata Hasto di DPP PDIP, Jakarta, Kamis (27/1).
“Seluruh kader partai juga mengambil pelajaran hal tersebut meskipun apa yang disampaikan oleh Pak Arteria dalam kapasitas dia sebagai pribadi,” ujarnya menambahkan.
Hasto pun menyerahkan sepenuhnya pada mekanisme terkait laporan koalisi masyarakat Sunda terhadap Arteria ke Majelis Kehormatan Dewan (MKD), Rabu (26/1).
Menurutnya, Arteria belajar banyak dan menyesali ucapannya yang menyinggung masyarakat Sunda. Ia mengaku juga mendengar aspirasi masyarakat Jabar terkait polemik Arteri yang menyentil Sunda.
“Saudara Arteria sudah menyatakan permohonan maaf sangat menyesal. Tentu dia belajar banyak dari persoalan ini, kita juga melihat bagaimana aspirasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Jabar,” ujarnya.
Desakan agar Arteria dipecat sebagai anggota dewan dan kader PDIP disuarakan sejumlah koalisi masyarakat Jawa Barat lewat sejumlah aksi. Setelah di Karawang, Subang, dan Bandung, teranyar aksi digelar di depan kompleks DPR pada Rabu (26/1) dan hari ini.
Pernyataan Arteria yang memancing polemik itu sebelumnya disampaikan dalam rapat Komisi III DPR dengan Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin pada Senin (17/1). Kepada Jaksa Agung, Arteria meminta agar kepala kejaksaan tinggi dicopot karena berbahasa Sunda dalam rapat. (*)
