KILASTOTABUAN.COM, KOTAMOBAGU – Menanggapi keluhan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) dan lembaga adat di Kotamobagu terkait kenaikan gaji, Kepala Bagian (Kabag) Tata Pemerintahan (Tepem), Ivone Patricia Rundengan perlu melihat postur Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) saat ini.

Menurutnya, permintaan kenaikan gaji tersebut merupakan hal yang positif, akan tetapi hal tersebut perlu disesuaikan dengan keadaan keuangan daerah saat ini.
“Ini hal yang baik, akan tetapi kita perlu melihat postur APBD kita saat ini. Dan hal ini harus dibicarakan bersama dengan Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) dan Bandan Anggaran (Banggar) DPRD Kotamobagu,” kata Kabag Tapem Kotamobagu, Ivone Patricia Rundengan, Selasa (25/1/2022).
Dari permintaan tersebut, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Kotamobagu melakukan Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) dengan semua pemangku kepentingan untuk membahas keluhan tersebut.
“Berdasarkan aspirasi dari LPM dan Lembaga Adat, mereka meminta kenaikan gaji sebesar Rp.1.000.000, namun hasil RDP tadi, dewan memberikan saran agar kenaikan gaji mereka di sama ratakan sebesar Rp.500.000,” kata ivone.
Untuk jumlah LPM dan Lembaga Adat yang ada di kelurahan se-Kotamobagu, sebanyak 182 orang, kata dia. Jumlah tersebut sudah termasuk ketua, sekretaris, dan bendahara.
“Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Wali Kota Kotamobagu, nomor 11 tahun 2021, besaran gaji LPM untuk ketua sebesar Rp. 250.000, sementara untuk sekretaris dan bendahara sebesar Rp. 200.000. Dan untuk Lembaga Adat sebesar Rp.250.000, itu untuk kelurahan, kalau desa, dia di bawah Dinas PMD,” pungkasnya. (Anggi)
