KILASTOTABUAN.COM, JAKARTA — Negara mengantongi Rp901,79 miliar dari Program Pengungkapan Sukarela (PPS) atau Tax Amnesty Jilid II. Setoran Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) itu berasal dari pengungkapan harta bersih senilai Rp8,453 triliun.
Berdasarkan situs resmi DJP, Senin (17/1), wajib pajak yang mengikuti tax amnesty jilid II sebanyak 9.240 orang. Dari total tersebut, DJP telah mengeluarkan 10.139 surat keterangan.
Deklarasi harta bersih dari dalam negeri dan repatriasi yang dilakukan oleh wajib pajak sebesar Rp7,190 triliun dan Rp717,04 miliar berasal dari deklarasi luar negeri.
Dari total tersebut, harta sebesar Rp553,2 miliar akan diinvestasikan ke instrumen surat berharga negara (SBN).
Sebagai informasi, Kebijakan Tax Amnesty Jilid II tertuang dalam Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (HPP). Aturan tersebut kemudian memiliki aturan turunan yakni Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 196/PMK.03/2021 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan PPS Wajib Pajak.
Dalam aturan itu disebutkan bahwa setiap wajib pajak dapat mengungkapkan harta bersih yang belum atau kurang diungkapkan dalam surat pernyataan, sepanjang Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) belum menemukan data atau informasi mengenai harta yang dimaksud.
Harta bersih merupakan nilai harta dikurangi dengan nilai utang. Hal itu seperti yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2016 tentang Pengampunan Pajak.
Harta yang dilaporkan merupakan aset yang diperoleh wajib pajak sejak 1 Januari 1985 sampai 31 Desember 2015. Nantinya, harta bersih tersebut akan dianggap sebagai tambahan penghasilan dan dikenakan PPh final.
Lalu, 8 persen atas harta bersih yang berada di dalam negeri dan tidak diinvestasikan untuk sektor SDA, EBT, dan SBN. Selanjutnya, 6 persen atas harta bersih yang berada di luar Indonesia dengan ketentuan bahwa akan dialihkan ke dalam wilayah Indonesia serta diinvestasikan untuk sektor SDA, EBT, dan SBN.
Setiap wajib pajak dapat mengungkapkan harta bersih melalui surat pemberitahuan pengungkapan harta. Surat itu akan diberikan kepada Direktur Jenderal Pajak selama periode 1 Januari sampai 30 Juni 2022.
Kemudian, daftar utang, pernyataan mengalihkan harta bersih ke Indonesia, pernyataan menginvestasikan harta bersih ke sektor usaha SDA, EBT, dan SBN.
Setelah itu, Direktur Jenderal Pajak akan menerbitkan surat keterangan terhadap penyampaian surat pemberitahuan atas pengungkapan harta oleh wajib pajak. (*)
